Help Shape Ayrshire’s Future Skills Plan

Help Shape Ayrshire’s Future Skills Plan

The Ayrshire Economic Partnership, Skills Development Scotland and other partners have recently begun to develop a Regional Skills Investment Plan for Ayrshire. The plan aims to ensure that local people have access to learning and skills development they need to work and progress careers, and that local employers have a skilled workforce to sustain and grow their businesses.

Listening to employers will help to ensure that the focus of skills investment is aligned with the skills demands in the local economy.

All local employers are invited to take part in a short survey to identify their skills needs, with a chance to offer suggestions that will feed into the new plan.

Complete the survey here:  Ayrshire Skills Investment Plan – Online Employer Survey
